If any one is a fresher in this trade and want to have experience then Continental is fine , but for any one having experience of the trade specially a sales person will feel himself strucked . Their plans change by time to time , it would be changed even within hours of time .

They are having everything , they are financially strong , they are having good repo in the market ... But the thing they are missing right now is c.service , they are having no rates in ocean .

Owners are very supportive and gives freedom to managers to work in all dimensions. very old company so higher management professionals are very much experienced and are cooperative.
