I'm working from home and this has been a good opportunity for me to learn a lot of new things and prefect my skills. The company works very systematically but at the same time, it isn't too formal which makes things easier. Moreover, there was a training session before starting the job which aided in getting familiar with a lot of things.

The salary is a bit low since it is just 0.40 INR per word.

Basically no work culture, it's just a WhatsApp group. Editors are rude, but you can't blame them because they're extremely overworked. Salary is almost always late, and the pay is really low.
