Great responsibilities get on your shoulders when you walk in to work here. The pressure of delivering brings out the best from you. Your active involvement defines how much you learn. Humble collueges are greatest strengths you will have here. A knowledgeable boss who tests your skills to its extreme limits.

Dislikes

You get paid half (if not quarter) of the work you do. Most of the work you do is probably going to be revised which will have to be redone. Excruciating hours at work. Don't expect any appreciation for your efforts. Being an engineer is not enough, being in good books of your boss counts.
