Very bad company for work especially for freshers. contractors are rude to employees and salary is very low.

The company is one of the leading construction companies in J&K . The company has the latest equipments and uses the latest technology and methods to implement the project. The work ethic and culture is really good and there are lot of people who work as a team and carry out the task for the company . There is nothing I disliked about the Construction Engineers in particular, but yes , the only reason for me to switch is looking for more growth and opportunities as I know I can do much more better than I was doing there

Work Details

My responsibility was to take care of the site ,making bills, implementation of the work according to the drawings and cross checking them , also checking the quality of material used , and approving them for constructional works .
