Dislikes

Frequent layoffs, and not supporting on personal/medical emergency. It's mostly US-driven, so Indian teams don't get much attractive work. Only QE, support and maintenance of old software work is given to India teams.

The environment is pretty awful for people working in Sales at Confluent. Everday you hear shit from your managers and if you're unfortunate enough to end up under some frustrated manager then literally every hour. The only con is the salary.
