I am working as a DevOps Engineer and I have 4 years of full time experience and 5 months of Internship Experience. I got an offer from Confluent of 24 LPA fixed, 1.2 LPA as variable and 2 L as a joining bonus. My current compensation is 18 LPA fixed and 1 L as other benefits. Should I take the offer?
