- Crazy workload that never seemed to end. - Salary is a joke. Don't be surprised if you get a box of six macarons as your annual bonus. Negotiating really well before accepting an offer is key. Else, all that slogging won't make any sense. - Some employees can be very opportunistic an d willing to do anything to win favours from top bosses. This creates pressure on other workers to perform beyond their limits and affects work-life balance. - Be prepared to work on weekends for no extra pay. Else, put your foot down right from the start. - No work from home. - No comp offs. - Very little scope for growth or promotion.
