I’ve come across a few posts wherein the ex employees are trying to tarnish the reputation of the organisation and hence it becomes essential to give you the real insight of our esteemed organisation People here are treated like a family no employee employer relationship could be seen. Your perks/hierarchy gets defined by your hours/quality of work and not the years you’ve spent here The founder is such he rewards the employees even in the mid year with motivational awards to the extent of pricey gadgets like Iphone 12. To be honest I didn't like anything.

Dislikes

Too much politics, no job security, no respect for employees, no HR policy, and all decisions are taken by one person. Also it's wondering how co-founder of company asking their employees to give positive feedback on this platform. You can notice all positive feedbacks are written from 9 december 2021 to 13 december 2021. You shouldbe smart enough to understand that if employees are happy in any organisation they won't use such platforms to give feedbacks but when they face any difficulty they may do so. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
