Hi, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. As you know we are working on a fixed price contract with Defense Organisation. We have very limited scope to define the salary and increments, and promotions. We are duty bound to credit the salary on time each month. And as per our knowledge, we always paid the salaries on time. If your salary was delayed for any other reason, please excuse us. If you want to share your concerns please write to hr@conceptia.co.in we will look into the matter.
