Before joining of this company I thought I can but my career...I will prove myself with all aspects to get success.I was working from last 10 months which I experience that in provite company also politics,if TL have the gf she will meet all stack 💯 ,who will doing time pass ,chamchagiri thier score will move easily..I was fed up with this is third any one who will listen my pain..becoz of these kind of people suffering who is working honestly..they are loosing thier confidence..if you want to see employee satisfaction it is totally injustice..If a employee is giving effort towords company , management is also have responsibility towards employee...is third any one who can listen Employee Voice..........Read More

Management is worst, politics...Managers are not supportive...they will listen only TL...there can even try to ask agent pain..they will listen only TLs...there is no communication between manager and agent..here agent performance will decided by TL way not actual performance.
