It was the good experience to work in comstar automotive technologies. Learned lots of good things on technical and non technical. Good environment. About training, they take only one week for training. We cant get all stuffs about company by one week. Teammates are helped in lots of things like 5s,material handling,etc., Its a really good experience.

Dislikes

Only we can work for 2 years,after that we have search for other job. If they permanent after 2 years by some xams or by interview about what we learn from that company, it will really helpful.

I am a trainee in ComStar. Pick up point for all the trainees is same place. So we all need to come to that place. But the buses are come to that place via my bus stop where I live. But I can't get the bus from here. I need to go to trainees pick up point.
