Bad work environment and culture. But teammates are supportive and management is not transparent. Company policies are not good, appraisal are not fair and they don't give good salary.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
