if the following system is change & establish a good proper disciplinary system then then i try to work with cgc again insallah 1.very bad system becaz ,food distribute for lunch while employees was in duty . project engr ,site engr qc supervisor also collect food in same line with labors.so how we expect to get respect from them 2.very week managements at site office ,i think no body how many employees are involved for that particular project, how many & why employees stand by ( idle ) . actually status of visa , gate pass expire.construction manager like mr osama avoid supervisor / engineer & directly meet with charge hand / gang leader at site. it means we are insulted ....Read More

That company is suri and egypt management, very worst management and very worst administration..12 hours working time but no overtime,no have safety culture, the project is oil and gas but no have good food. So many?
