In my view Com1 is the best place for freshers as well as experienced professional. Even though company strength is just 50, they have proper company structure and policies. Unlike other fancy companies in Nagpur, they deliver what they promise. Management is very polite, they patiently listen to your issues and resolve them without wasting time. They talk openly and clearly, always keeping things simple and clear. Interview was easy to moderate. They give proper training to new joiners. Salary is credited on time. Lots of learning opportunities. As a team they enjoy every festival with multiple team outings. Leave structure is also good with weekends off....Read More

Management is very supportive and super cooperative. The hikes are decent and regular. WfH facilities and Work Life balance is the key and the company takes care of the employees on this front really well. I have worked with other company as well. If compared, there is not much work pressure here and even if there is any at some point, it is handled skillfully. Unlike MNCs, due to considerably less staff (than MNCs) there are greater opportunities to showcase your work. Sincere and hard work gets recognized quickly and it is appreciated.
