really i love to work at columbia asia...still i feel to go back and work there...i was working at Neonetal icu really it was very fentastic and satisfaction work i was doing there..and i got very nice nicu team doctor ex-dr-bhuvaneshwar and dr-anilkumar and excellent nursing team...i was feeling like family..really m missing my columbia asia...i was there around 9 years 2month..

at columbia asia i really disapointed they are cheated me..they told that they are going to give a promotion at bangalore ..i waited for 1 and 1/2 year because i got married to bangalore but latter they cancelld some other reason...really it was effected my personal family it beacme some issues also but still i love columbia asia..

It is well organized and equipped institution. The staff who worked and when they will joined other then they came to know the value of it.. I am really proud to tell there I have worked.. And it will be friendly environmental and if want to work, be with happy.. Some partiality like, linguistic or state affections giving more designation to likely staff.. And even in yearly appraisal.. These kind things will allow us to go out of institution... Clients appreciation really feels wow .. 😊

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
