Company had changed a lot, the work culture is good only if you listen to order without any objection. Lots of politics to face. No one knows better than me. Have given 10 years of my life, the biggest mistake. Forget about good appraisal just like peanuts. Personal life is runnied. Every higher hierarchy is your boss. Here you haveto keep your mouth shut even if your immedite boss abuse you. No action taken and finally you quit. They win....Read More
