There is nothing to like in a organization that cheat people.

Dislikes

Managers are ex call center executives who slogged for 10 years doing hello hello and expect other to do the same , doesnt know anything else other than good english . Nothing to learn in the company other than politics . Work life balance doesnt exists . Its worse than schools and colleges , atleast there we had the flexibilty to work . Nature of the work is just luck based which will be evaluated as skill. Upraisals and promotions are a myth. its not 9-5 its 9-9 . You can be laid off at any time. Hrs are dumb , set of people who simply know how to copy paste company pdf policies on gmail....Read More

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
