Salary seems low , specially for those persons who are coming from a different city and staying in Mumbai. Appraisal is also average. Getting Promotion is very difficult here. As a senior analyst in business analytics domain my salary is below average than the whole industry. Sometimes managers use to micro-manage.

Best thing about colgate is their culture and caring and inclusive policy towards employees and people around us. Free Food and Travelling facility is there at colgate which is best for employee

Company is a trend follower and not setter , outdated on technology and no new innovations or acquisition for expansion. Not a risk taker.
