The company gave me a chance to showcase my skills, talent and output when I needed the job very badly.

I have heard that many people are told to go without any rhyme or reason. Even though their work output is good, still they are told to go even though it is not performance related. I dislike that.

They did hire good people, I had great colleagues to work with mostly. Perks and benefits are very good. But they have reduced the them as their budgets got tighter, obviously. You do get good health insurance and they sponsored many medical bills during covid.

Dislikes

Work culture is a little messed up as Ed tech has become a competitive environment. And that affects work life balance of many of my friends. Giving promotion does not mean you are buying someone's personal time. There are people who expect you to work beyond office hours quite often.

First 2 years were good at Unacademy. Follows ethical sales practices.

Dislikes

Micromanagement. Disagreements taken as Non-Adherence. Because of leadership change it is BYJU's in making as far as work culture is concern. Company least bothered about employees health. No growth opportunities. No learning.

Till August’23 the culture and the environment was very good but post that all the valuable employee left from top management and new set of ppl had come for a position who all are not having maturity or exposure. So lack of experience new set of ppl are used their personal agenda and ego and destroyed the entire environment.

People like Rishi Mehra,Fraz Anwar do office politics. No job security,will hit you at the back. These people have bought people from Byjus who have zero knowledge of data. Fraud selling means are adapted to get target achieved. Ask teams to work 11-12 days straight without leaves . Pathetic company with pathetic people leading it .
