Every this is baad. 3.5 hh requirement talktime is very hacky. I call whole day but notable to do this talktime. Even I come office 10am and gone 9pm Then still not complete this. This is very frustrated job. My life worst decision to join unacademy left my last stable job.

Behaviour or Founder, every Monday would be a meeting for that he shares format on Friday and changes format again on Sunday evening so if you work Saturday -sunday again you have to work from starting on Sunday evening to entire night

Work culture is extremely toxic, they want you to sit in front of them for minimum 12 hrs, even though you worked for the whole day still keep pushing they will never get satisfied with your work 😕, any time they will to you and say "Start counting your days" means you are fired.

Micromanagement. Disagreements taken as Non-Adherence. Because of leadership change it is BYJU's in making as far as work culture is concern. Company least bothered about employees health. No growth opportunities. No learning.
