Too much internal politics among the higher management. Opportunities are given to only those whom their manager likes, and not to people who really works hard/who deserves it. They don't pay their employees well and ask us to do double the amount of work. The Managers and higher officials don't even have the right knowledge regarding the projects or how to handle the projects, and ask us to handle everything while they give their name for the project. There is racism and lot of discrimination on the floor. Even if HR is notified about the discriminations, they don't even care. No respect for their employees. My advise, never even consider attending interviews in this company. It is that bad....Read More

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
