At coding Ninjas, I've found a sense of purpose in my work. The organization's dedication to making positive impact, whether through sustainable practices or community initiatives, align with my values and adds a meaningful dimension to my role.

Dislikes

There's only one fooseball table in the office and it is so much occupied all the time, as company is having a head count of approx 500 people, so at least there should be some more indoor games such as TT, Snooker, etc.

Working Culture is best here, The way this company welcomes there new joiners is really good. It make me feels like, I reached home this is the way they treat new joiners, supportive coworkers, friendly environment, Understanding Managers. I guess this is what we look for an Ideal company, and here all these things are already present. #myfavouriteworkingplace

Ac is very slow on third floor Tower C, This is may be besause of the headcount on the floor, but this can be improved.

Grreat learning curve for Lead management, lead judgment, lead churning and high pressure sales environment.

Dislikes

House of Favourritism Every TL has a fav BDA and hence the only priority. It runs on Incentive sharing plans where in you promise to share your incentives and the TL will be very supportive. Stupid work culture and very illogical management.
