I had an amazing experience working with codenicely !Their team is super talented and really knows their stuff when it comes to software development .they helped us to build a custom solution that perfectly met our needs ,and the whole process was smooth and efficient.

Dislikes

Salary is quite low and 6 days work culture.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
