The Company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.i love the fact that i am part of a team .I Like training,career growth,Learning ,innovation in company .

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high .Sometimes, i have work 14-18 hours straight in a day .i have attend client meetings sometimes.i dislike salary/appraisal,politics,work-life balance.

Work Details

My working style in CMS is learning and doing .I Faced some challenges to deliver a product in time. Timing levels are very less.I need to develop the code and doing unit testing and deployment code in server all these things get very less timings .

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
