Clove dental is a company which will help you to learn and grow in experience. It will help you step out of your comfort zone which initially can be unsettling but once you get a hang of things you would like to stick around. The work timings are well managed there isn't extra pressure post work hours.

Work environment is friendly, manager and team leaders are so supportive i had a an amazing experience working since 2 years now, i highly recommend this company it would be a great start for the freshers to show up they skills can learn new work ethics !!

A good place to work. There is so much learning and Seniors are very cooperative & are ready to teach at any point of time. It's an amazing experience of working with Clove.

frustrating and demoralizing experience. The environment is toxic, with constant harassment from managers and clinic heads who only care about meeting sales targets. There’s no support for resident doctors and most of the clinic heads have little to no actual dental knowledge. Instead, they’ve become salespeople, pushing unnecessary treatments and blaming dentists for even the smallest issues. The work culture is filled with gossip and politics, with no teamwork. The salary is also low compared to the workload, and there’s absolutely no work-life balance. The unrealistic targets and long hours leave you burned out and frustrated. And even if you complete your shift, bosses insist to do overtime unnecessary just to show their power. They are bullying junior staffs. If you’re considering joining Clove Dental, think twice. The lack of respect, support, and focus on ethical patient care makes it a tough place to work. Look elsewhere if you value your career and well-being....Read More

Everything 1-Lets strat with South General manager I haven't seen any higher or management level employee that to a professional doctor like this. She don't even have a manners how to talk to any employee. Being a GM she should be occupied with lots of work but no she has free time to check out what other departments manager is wearing either she is wearing a chappal or shoe.... Why???? Why this boy wears a hoodie ??? Why this boy is wearing a cap??? 2- Call-Center - This is one of the biggest mistake I did in my life that I joined this company Lets go step by step...... The senior manager is so cheap He just want to take control over everything We need to beg to avail our own leaves.. He will give you importance if you give him numbers. Efforts doesn't matters here They structure some incentive plan in month start and suddenly in middle of month structure will be changed How ? In the initial days he will ask you to make more number doesn't matter how you will make it, once you reach your target this will start cutting your incentives saying this is wrong this is this ,this is that. They hire doctors saying its patient care department but no it's a big fraud They will make you dial the numbers and ask you for sales Really very bad organisation If you like politics please join this organisation...Read More

There is Job Gurantee for Non-clinical jobs but very stressful, overall OK for a company that depends on direct customer engagements.

Company is run by Foreign Investors, that means they dont care about what you do, you need to achieve their targets that are always beyond market numbers. I dont think any Indian investor is going to buyout company any time sooner.
