Like a family and pay is good but there is some catch.office location is good.

They pay well only some people.After 3 years some people go to senior position but most of the case you spent at least 5 years to get promoted senior soft were engineer.Even some people spent 7 years but they not promoted senior to lead.so please not provocative to see the salary there are many flaws.

Dislikes

Company politics are growing day by day. If you are good in your manages's/team lead's eye, you will always be in favour even if you don't perform well. They are very much biased. Salary increament was good before but now they provide increament based on rating system. If you are in favour of your manager you will always get a good rating. Rating is not based upon your performance.

There is no learning of skills only integration projects are there no actual development 12 pass guy also doing this stuff after 3 months of training Long term carrer is not good here office politics is very bad If you do actual development then you realize the project quality of this company And lastly after 5 years please switch otherwise your salary not increases

1. Exposure to work and interact directly with overseas clients. 2. Though there's no standardised appraisal process, company do provide good half yearly salary hikes. 3. Company have a good strategic partner which cements its' business quite well.

1. Company invests next to nothing on certification of their employees on their core domain which is Salesforce. 2. Extremely stressful at times and can lead to frequent burnouts. 3. Career trajectory for an individual is extremely unclear and company does nothing to give visibility to their individual employees. 5. Current management doesn't know how to scale up to support bigger projects apart from only mass hiring college graduate freshers who gets onboarded to projects with very minimal training and the individuals have to rely mainly on the job learning to make sense out of their assignments. 6. Culturally it do have toxic traits like overburdening employees, micromanagement, gaslighting developers for managerial goof ups, aggressive deadlines and the most disappointing part is the company leadership is not visibly doing anything to correct it. 7. I joined the firm back in 2018 and continued till the mid of 2021. Started as a trainee and worked my way up to Sr. Software Engineer. My daily routine have involved 30% development work and 70% managerial work but this ratio will defer to individuals.
