I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. I am working here since 14 years & still going strong. Working with my other Teammates here is so friendly and supportive that everybody enjoy working. Ofcourse management support makes a difference and so we are proud for having such good Sr and directors.

Dislikes

There is no reason to dislike the company. Company has already supported many during ups and downs and people know this.

Work Details

The worklife is good and interesting and this is because I was really interested to learn and grow.. I almost worked in all departments and thanks to management for believing in me.
