Company handle covid situation very well & sustain employee job in covid time. Company never delayed salary date.

Dislikes

Company owners' family unnecessary interference in every department is major drawback, HOD have limited decision making power, every decision taken by company owner and his family. Treat employee like their housemaid, very unprofessional behavior towards employees. Unclear Communication & unplanned.

The people at the top management are not deserving. They are a bunch of incompetent people. They only want to please their bosses so badly that they are willing to do anything giving any reason. The job security is none. The company can fire you anytime for any reason they see fit. It would be best if you thought twice before applying to this company unless you are from PANTHAWADA.
