Environment is good and supportive team and management .policies of company also good but security of job is not there due to covid19 the financial condition of company is not in favor of employees.

Dislikes

I thought job security is must for every employee so that I have not seen that type of security there.

The atmosphere is like a family business, everyone is ready to learn and help eachother

Actually I don't blame the company because we know that it is a new company and we also had not done very good business and our money is stuck in the market for the pandemic hence we are going through a financial crunch

Actually this is my second year and we are completely new company and then the pandemic has disturbed our flow or else we would have done a good business. It is very healthy and positive working atmosphere here

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
