'Zero' job security, absolutely no role clarity, annualised attrition is above 100% consistently</mark>.Career growth is basis company's requirement, even offer promotion twice in a year at director level or even dissolve roles within 6 months of hiring. Salary/Appraisal is biased instead of merits, don't even share appraisal ratings as a culture with employees.Highly political environment, you need to learn to say 'Yes' to everything for survival. No focus on learning at, it is at the mercy of peers and your will. highly negative work environment, no transparency at all. senior leaders are even not synced on the corporate level projects that they are driving.
