Claas a Ecofriendly company, good increasement in salaries with good work culture and salary at time to time, well maintain assembly line and very good point of company is MNC. With many other facilities and benifits

Working in Claas is under pressure and forcefully with warning letters, some people in management not good those make company work culture very bad, making personal relationship between management and worker become a reason of conflict and and make enemy them. Manager interfere in workman personal life that is very bad👎. People in Claas company often dismissed or push them out forcefully, some people always remain under target🎯 and lost their job. Divide and rule policy also there, good company for worker who are relatives of other workers working inside company....Read More
