Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? One of the worst companies to work for. Total lala culture. Only one man ( company owner) making decisions and knowing what has to happen. No authority given to staff.

Dislikes

One doesn't given a chance to shows his skills. Only work as a supervisor beside which position you are working at. Nil job security.

Small size company so it's good for freshers to learn everything

Dislikes

No work life balance, they are hesitate to share the official mandatory documents with employee like LOI, Salary Structure, Salary Slips, Details of PF deduction, No leaves on Saturday, Overall it's pathetic for senior management employee. They are giving the designation for fancy titles but they are expecting the work responsibility of supervisors level, it's bitter truth about Civitech
