Work culture is good. All over it is average.job security is there untill any complain against you is not escalated by senior or junior.

Dislikes

If you are a fresher then you have to struggle a bit for getting information. Main problem is payment delay to vendor makes difficult to run daily basis works. Time for personal activities will be negligible. Salary slip of each person will not be available until you are there for 6 months. There always be some problem in salary amount.

In this company that I have experience is very good teammates, and work environment is also good.

I have problem of this company that no salary increment, no promotion even you deserves they will hair a new candidate. They don't care of you give time this company.
