The culture of the company is so good. Ciron is an FMB, the heads are family members handling respective departments. As a Quality Analyst, I wasn't delegated a lot of work at the factory but learning was a part always I was under a team.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
