The job is quite interesting! I learned everything on the job as training was properly provided. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me to get a taste of different roles within the same team. I must say Growth is decent in Pharma Industry

Work Details

As the maintenance officer of the production facility, my job is to look at the functioning of plant. I'm here from the last 7 years and don't have a reason to leave. We have lots of thing to learn and good opportunities to improve.
