I enjoyed the people I worked with. It was friendly and fun atmosphere and I actually enjoyed to work each morning. Leadership part was good in cimpress company. I learned a lot about this company in designing filed and also learned work flow process. Even I have handling team when leades not in floor. Another plus point is that my colleague come from various cultural background we work happily.

Dislikes

One of the reasons I'm leaving is that I felt I was not challenged enough at the job. I feel my skill set can be better utilized elsewhere, where my capabilities are more recognized and there is the opportunity for growth in creative design.

Work Details

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as I have to after the entire design Quality checking and final reporting but it's ok it will be a great learning experience.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
