I don't like at Cimcon software India Pvt Ltd . Because of there are no any job security & it's Director - SCM TL (Mr. jutan Sharma) not good & very unprofessionally & Roundly behaviour. He didn't support their leaders. Their SCM TL didn't know that how to treat & lead his leaders. It's seems like a useless allegations to their leader after completion of probation period.& There are no any systematic work process like ERP & data management. & Also company financial not stable. Due to that due in supplier payment also. Please don't prefered Cimcon for career growth. Because they wasted your time. & Spoiled your career growth....Read More
