The university is open to search and implement many innovative methodologies to standardize education system. I'm so happy that I could become a part of the team of the teaching faculties, who are consistently engaged in research and performing best for the overall development of the students. But, I'm really scared about the level of students as they lack understanding the value of education in their lives. Dislikes

Cihan University is the best in every sphere, but exam-centred approach in the university is very dangerous and may make students very unhappy once they finish their graduation, as it will surely affect their ability to earn further education and career either in Kurdistan or outside the country.

Work Details

The work at Cihan University is much more challenging for me, as I teach students Communicative English, Writing skills and English vocabulary and they very poor to the extent that they don't even recognize words when they read in or listen to English.
