They are providing work for the freshers.

The work culture is worst. They fire any one in few hours like they never existed. Salary increments are available only for the employees who has good relationships between CEO or he will be from his last company. Working hours are not defined. Duty hours are like 12-14 hours minimum everyday even on Sunday. If you are on leave you need to carry company laptop and do the work. Answer all call whatever ever the time you received. Management aske to do the work which is not related to your area & if you denied they will fire you immediately. They are harassing vendors also . Very mismanaged company and management people. Suddenly change in leadership and a takeover by the MCIE team on April 23 created turmoil in the company; with new leadership with barely any experience in this diecasting field. intentionally targeted team with fake whistleblowers by the HR team& corporate team politically and the result of in a couple of months 120+ members with senior positions left the company and many are approaching for another assignment. The new COO and ED are very arrogant an;d people will find it difficulty to get aligned with their approach and they are not transparent with the parent company as well.
