Nice team mates, team work is only reason to work there.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

No training programs for learning and developing skills, sallary is low as per work output taken by management, you can't balance work life because there is no Sunday, anytime you will be called for work.

Company is good & well growing. Company gives opportunities to fresher's also. Colleagues are good supportive. Customer are well satisfied.

Dislikes

The need only customer satisfaction not focus on worker satisfaction,E employee economic growth is slow, Seniors are not supportive, There is no training in this company,
