Everyone is working to save their job.. No one from Top level team is ready to solve problems of downlines.. If you are mess with Managers or Department heads then definitely you will be out of the company.. Mistakes allowed only for all HOD & Managers, Dy Managers, DGM.. They are taking good care of passing that mistakes on downlines. DGM which belongs from Quality department is too much political.. He is supporting to only those members who are accepting his all decisions.. If you have messed with him then he will definitely put into problems very smartly by different ways. Note: You don’t have access to ask for help or taking stands for right things.. You just need to go with flow.....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
