I'm in quality department , n first of all at in stage of joining they say us are all of we are onroll trainee but reality that is contractual, 2nd they promised to give increment after 6 months of training but don't get any increment after 13 months. They also promised to be made a stuff member after 6 months training but still I'mdoing my job as trainee after 13 months, and their political and policy both are so dirty, and when I goes to talk about becoming a stuff member they told me about the manegement's mail , manegement says don't make any trainee as a stuff just replace them .......Read More
