Christ Nishotech became my second home during my journey with the company of 3 years. I began with the company as a trainee and left the company when I had a trainee. As the company was growing, I had a privilege to work on all the processes of the company. The best part about the company is that your growth requirements will alwaysbe heard. It's not just about development of skill sets, but about the growth you would have as a person. Who would be in a better position to give review about the company, than the ex-employees who rejoined the company knowing the fact that it has the best work culture. Yes, like million other companies even cn has some drawbacks but the overall goodness of the work culture makes you feel at home. Last but not the least, though I left the company for my personal reasons, CN is still alive in my heart with the best of memories and I do miss the place a lot......Read More

Dislikes

Well, there is not much to dislike about the company, still the work way it handles work pressures as well as the compensation and designation it provides to its employees should be improved.... That is the only reason for dissatisfaction amongst majority of the employees

Work Details

Work is always challenging, the company is growing and hence learning is one of the 5 core values. As you get to work on various projects, you won't feel stagnated for a long period of time. It really makes the work interesting.
