The best part is I have learnt so much. Yes I am a workaholic but at the same time the company has also given me enough freedom to complete my personal academic goals and acquire more soft skills to become a better professional. Never had an issue with salary or teammates. Many people leave jobs suddenly, which is not good. They do not realise their role and responsibilities so project gets prolonged and timeline for client also gets prolonged. Ultimately company's reputation is at stake, but employees do not realise that. The client is managed but internal environment changes.

First of all Never join this company this is fraud company.I have working 9 months.but i get only 2 months expanses and 7 month's salary they never give me 2 months salary and 7 months expanses.if u really Build your carrier so never join this company no salary increment,no bonus.

Working culture was good but the director mam was also very Good but the vice president of this company its not good even they dont know if we are in sales then follow some hierarchy so i give the resignation in the company and join well known company.
