No Job security in CIPL, work culture is ok management focus only for take project from market not focus on our employee, Worst point is CIPL frequently change the policy without any intimation and policy depend person to person. each and every policy against employee.

Some teammates behavior like irritating and ego. not job security , no career growth in this company. work-life balance is good. worst policy in this company and policy frequently change. when you are serving notice you are getting only 25% salary.
