Relaxing job but job not secured, because of direct involvement of company owner in every department activity.

Dislikes

Job not secured, no benifit for employee. Anyone can join easly but releaving is very difficult because of direct involvement of company owner in functional department.

Very bad working culture, because of direct involvement of company owner in every department activity.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
