Growth is little slower and salary appraisal needs to be better than what we have now.

Generally speaking my work is balanced with my schedule at the vidyalaya.. Sometimes at the peak moment like at the time of examinations feels like little pressurised.. Otherwise its fine.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes.
