My Company is good for me in terms of providing job security and compensation during the tough market condition. Also, the Company has enough provisions for leave holidays in terms of annual, medical, maternity/paternity, emergency and all.

Dislikes

The career growth is limited due to the Company hierarchy system and language barriers are also there. So the work satisfaction is little low sometimes.

Work Details

Honestly, it was very hard for me during my initial days. Language problem, culture difference, and working methods are made very difficult to adjust. But time passes the company support me in a lot of things and now I'm working as very cool.

CPECC is really excellent company regarding salaries, work conditions, Help and support you get from management, Keeping good staff on board even if there is less projects, food , accommodation , medical insurance, welfare is great

Dislikes

Long work rotation ( 3 months on, one month off ) No family medical insurance Training programs in need of development
