When I left job before this they give very much trouble in the work no inriment from last five years only one dept. had a incriment. They often changed my dept. and gave low manpower it cause and very difficult to handald work. They made circumstances how I left the company. There I worked 13 years . But they said he don't know how to work. That time they run up system in SAP They took minimum 15 months or more time that time I have worked in the store dept. Only 17 days. Thay said that cause me not running system. Mostly Mr. Uttam Sutar Hod Accounts gave blame on me last 17 days. That time he was working with SAP person. When Onwer come known system had not run.
