As I am working in security dept, is a average place.But rest all dept status is very nice

Working pattern ehich is now changed to 1 week off. Salary hike below average. Politics on higj peaks, no career growth.

It was nice experience to worked with Mumbai international airport, teammates was also very helpful and cooperative all the time but in Mumbai international me and my family were really secured with good insurance policy, i would like to work with Mumbai airport again if they offer me good position, now i am looking for good opportunity where i can build my carrier and give my hundred percent towards my job to prove my self....Read More

While working with Mumbai international airport i have noticed that promotion is very difficult because maximum staff and less promotion even most of time they hire managers and supervisors from the outside.
